ENVIROMENT: BAD ENVIRONMENT AND LIVING CONDITIONS

Advancement of science and technology, industrialization, and modern living conditions are polluting the environment and living conditions. Man is living away from the Nature. The natural resources like air, water, food etc., are being polluted. Deforestation, Irrational utilization of natural resources, dumping of chemicals in the soil, releasing of chemical and toxic gases into the air etc., are causing depletion in ozone layer in atmosphere and also misbalancing the seasons and climatic conditions which lead to raise in epidemic diseases, skin cancer, and many degenerative disorders in the body. It is the high time for humankind to reverse this process of pollution and living conditions. The air is polluted with dust, fumes, and obnoxious materials, the water is polluted with chemicals, the food is polluted with chemicals and toxic materials by fertilizers, pesticides, chemical preservatives, toxic colors, spurious materials for adulteration, irrational processing methods etc. The living conditions are polluted by sounds; toxic smells and fumes, electro-magnetic waves, electrons and radiation etc. All these conditions will increase oxidants and toxic materials in the body and finally cause cancers, and mental disorders.

Living and struggling for longevity under these polluted environment and conditions is a great challenge to the Man. Man can reverse these conditions by his will and consciousness. One should first aware of what is Natural and what is Un-natural.

Tips to note and follow as possible to avoid the bad effects of the pollution:

1.Be with Nature and friendly with Nature.
2.Eat only natural foods as much as possible.
3.Avoid exposing much to electrons and radiating objects.
4.Avoid colored and artificially processed and canned foods.
5.Drink purified water and avoid artificial breweries and stimulants.
